We assume customers will test a spray or 2 before returning, however we do not accept bottles that have been used more than this policy and they will be returned to you.

1. What kind of fragrance are these? All of our products are Perfumes, which is the strongest scent available.

2. Are your products vegan friendly and cruelty free? We only use vegan friendly fragrance oils, and of course they are cruelty free! We wouldn't have it any other way.

3. Are they safe to spray on clothes? As there is a higher oil content to make them last longer, with ALL perfumes, not just Oak's perfumes, we do recommend that you take care when applying on clothes, and of course you do so at your own risk. 

4. How should I store my fragrances? Please note, as with all fragrances, they must be kept out of direct sunlight and away from hot/cold elements. Failure to do so may result in your product being affected.

This depends on your usage habits. On average, one of our 50ml bottles will last for approximately 2-3 months when used once per day.

You bet. The majority of our perfumes are formulated as Eau de Parfum, with a concentration of around 20-25% aromatic compounds - stronger than Eau de Toilette. This makes them at least as long-lasting as the brands that they are inspired by.

Simple. Try any perfume at home for 30 days and if you're not 100% satisfied, just send it back for a full refund or exchange. No questions asked.

Absolutely. Our perfumes are made in France by some of the same suppliers who sell to the big designer brands. We use a high-end blend of natural ingredients and safe synthetics, and all our fragrances comply with EU and Australian safty regulations.
